We Work to Protect You and Your Data

Your Responsibilities. Our Duties.

Why DPO Services?

PDPA requires all organisation to appoint a DPO, Data Protection Officer. Some have appointed while some have not. Of those appointed, many probably did not understand well the role of a DPO. Generally a DPO is responsible for ensuring organisation’s compliance with the PDPA. There are 10 functions of a DPO and he/she has great responsbilities thus the term “Officer” is used.

Many organisations may not have enough bandwidth for an in-source model governance structure, especially for SMEs. The other option is an out-source model governance structure with the appointment of an individual(s) outside the organisation as DPO. Data protection professionally advised without the costs of hiring an additional resource or taxing on current resource. At SUT, we can be your outsourced DPO to take care that.
